Genny Davis, a Waco native, is a full-time realtor with Coldwell Banker Apex. She has sold real estate for 17 years and thoroughly enjoys promoting the city she loves and calls home. After meeting her husband Russ at Baylor, the two spent a year in Thailand teaching English before they moved back to Waco. Russ owns RDH, a home-building company specializing in quality new construction, while Genny works on selling those and other homes in the Waco area. His new construction knowledge, her experience living in Waco for 40+ years, and their experience remodeling an older home on Fixer Upper truly makes them a one-stop shop for real estate!

When not dealing with real estate, Genny loves spending time with family and chasing her three kids around to all their sporting and extracurricular activities. You will often find her at the baseball fields, the volleyball or basketball court, or one of the kid’s schools volunteering for PTA.

Genny grew up dancing for 11 years at Danceworks for Patricia Brown and continued to dance in college through SING at Baylor and any other opportunity she could find. Dancing is still one of her favorite things to do and she is thrilled to be able to dance for such a worthy cause through Dancing With the Stars!
